What is your business hours?

Our office and delivery operate from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 05:00 pm. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Kindly make an appointment prior coming.

  

Is your company GST registered?

 

Yes. We are a GST registered company. The price stated is excluding GST.

 

I have no idea how to use the product.

We assume our customers already have knowledge about the product before purchasing, we do provide a general guidance on product application.

How are you different from other local food and beverage suppliers?

We emphasize on three principles. Product Quality, Service, Pricing. We are always in search of better products in terms of quality so that we can bring it to you at an affordable price. We put emphasis on helping small companies and new startups with our flexible Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).

 

How many days do you take to deliver my goods?

We have grouped our customers into areas and will be allocating specific delivery days according to areas. Please refer to the Delivery map attached below. Order cut of time is 4PM before the delivery day.

Note: Delivery slots subject to first come first serve basis. If we couldnt delivery on the specific day we will arrange on the next working day. Public Holiday excluded.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery across Singapore for all orders above $130. Or there will be a surcharge of $20 per delivery.

 

Can I self-collect from your warehouse?

Yes, our warehouse is located at Block 4010 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 #01-07 Techplace 1 Singapore 569626. However, please inform us in advanced prior making your trip down.

 

Do you export to other countries?

Yes, we will work with your appointed freight agents to export your goods. Goods will be delivered to the local appointed warehouse provided by your agents. All shipping fees will be borne by the customers.

 

What are the payment options available?

We accept cash, cheque payment made to "Acorn Distribution Pte. Ltd.", and bank transfer.

 

Do you provide customised label service?

No.

 

Are your products MUIS certified?

No. However, we do have THIDA certified products.

 

What is your return policy?

We have a 1-to-1 exchange policy for breakage, defective and expired goods. However, we have to be notified within 3 days of the delivery date.
