What we are using: Butterfly pea leaf, hot water, fresh lemon juice (2 to 3 lemons), Nature lychee syrup, Fonen fructose, ice cubes, soda water.
You will need butterfly pea tea to start off.
Prepare 30 grams butterfly pea leaf, and 800ml hot water.
Soak butterfly pea leaves in hot water, cover up. Allow tea to seep for 8 minutes, and watch the colour turns blue. Remove the leaves and put tea aside for later use.
Lemon Mocktail
Fill 1/3 of a cup with fresh lemon juice, add 60cc fructose syrup. Stir to blend.
Then, add ice cubes to full.
Finally, pour butterfly pea tea to full.
Lychee Mocktail
Add 40cc lychee syrup, fill 1/4 of a cup with soda water.
Then, add ice cubes to full.
Finally, pour butterfly pea tea to full.
